I began this Vlog as a way to share with you some of the really cool paintings I have been working on but, also to share with you the stories and people behind them.

Lisa and Jim are two people who have become very dear to me. Lisa, contacted me to request a beautiful custom painting of her husband’s most loyal friend. When I saw the photo and the idea I fell in love with it and couldn’t wait to begin work upon it. The results of this piece blew both my and Lisa’s mind. We had no idea what Jim’s reaction would be. I can honestly say the reaction that I got to see was simply priceless and thus the idea for this Vlog was born.

Painting this painting was such a special piece to me. It was here I learned just how powerful a close-up competition could be and how much I love green for the backgrounds. This painting changed my mindset about a lot of things and helped me fall in love with a new form of art.
